Class Description:
We will complete 10 two page layouts each celebrating a holiday or seasonal celebration. Each layout will feature pattern paper, cardstock, Jolee embellishments and a special technique. All twenty pages will be put into a 12 x12 solid color album. Each class kit will include complete instructions with pictures. Class will be taught with the use of a slide show for visual learners.
This class will take the full three hours and is appropriate for an intermediate or advanced scrapbooker. For those staying for the crop, this will be a perfect album to put all your holiday photos in.

Supply List: cutter, scissors, adhesive, ink or chalk, foam tape or 3D Zots, and a large eye stitching needle.

This class is geared towards getting MORE photos on YOUR pages! And we are talking full-size photos – not cropped to bits photos! Using unique techniques, I’ll show you how to get 20+ photos on a 2 page layout and still have room for a title and journaling! These techniques are perfect to use for those occasions where you take TONS of photos! You’ll make TWO – 2 page layouts using the same “sketch”. Themes will be birthday and summer.

Class Description : RESCUE THEM! Your backlog of digital images do not have to unnerve you. In this class we will show you ways to go from camera or shoe box to a beautifully bound hard cover digital album.

The participants will receive a DVD containing a free software download of the Creative Memories Storybook software along with pre-designed templates. All you will need to do with the DVD is load it onto your personal computer, add pictures to the pre-designed template pages and add journaling. You would then have the option to view the digital scrapbook online or upload to Creative Memories Photo Center for printing and a beautiful bound book is then sent to your home. The printing of the book is an additional charge.

Each participant will also receive a booklet which will include the following topics : 1) digital organization tools, such as a power sort box in the form of software, called Memory Manager; 2) creating digital page layouts from Memory Manager into a Picfolio Album; 3) Digital scrapbook using the free download software on the DVD; 4) utilizing the flexibility of Storybook Creator Plus software to create a complete digital scrapbook using digital papers, designs, embellishments and unlimited journaling fonts and 5) many other uses of the Storybook Creator Plus such as cards, announcements, digital page prints in 12x12 size for own personal computer or upload to the Creative Memories Photo Center or other printer of your choosing.

This 8-page album starts at 6x6 and continues at 1/2" intervals until the last page is 6x9-1/2," giving this project a beautiful and unique look! You will be using an exclusive Stampin Up! Simply Scrappin Kit "Crew Kids Girl" which showcases SU!'s fabulous colors---Wild Wasabi, Regal Rose and Basic Grey AND utilizes our beautiful textured cardstock with self adhesive die cuts. We will combine papers from KI memories and TPS with 8 photos (or more) and darling products from Keller’s Creations to create a fun and fabulous layout! Basic patterned papers will be combined with your choice of chipboard frogs or flowers and distinctly boy or girl papers to customize your project. Bows or knots and button colors help make this layout your own design while we stamp, hide some journaling or photos and make our own 3-D paper clip closures. This class will teach the techniques for covering a heart shaped board book with Basic Gray papers. You will use a new craft knife ( yours to keep!) and a self-healing mat to learn the little tricks for covering this board book so that you get a nice smooth look on the edges of the pages. You'll also learn different ways to finish the edges and many ways to embellish your finished book. Class includes board book, Basic Gray paper, Tombow glue stick, Fiskars craft knife, a brown cat eye ink/chalk and assorted embellishments.

Class description:These two home décor items are made with Stampin’ Up!’s exclusive On Board Book Basics which is a thick chipboard and are two of the six items we will make in the workshop. The family chipboard page (shown) and the other chipboard page (not shown) are perfect to place on an easel to showcase a favorite memory and use the large size of book basics (9 3/8” square). Stampin’ Up!’s exclusive colors used for the easel pieces include Real Red, Wild Wasabi, Tempting Turquoise, More Mustard, Blue Bayou, Soft Sky, and Pumpkin Pie. The designer paper used is East Coast Prep and Spring Break. The small book basic (5” X 7.5”) chipboard page (shown) and the other three chipboard pages are tied together to showcase a different way to display favorite memories. Colors used here include Old Olive, Taken with Teal, Rose Red, and Pumpkin Pie. The designer paper used is Bali Breeze. Each of us has a journey in life that needs documenting...and this is the album you will want to do it in! Come join me to create four layouts and an album cover using Heidi Swapp papers and embellishments. You will learn new techniques that you will be able to incorporate into all of your scrapbooking projects including tips for adding memorabilia/treasures to your albums, hidden journaling and adding more photos to your layouts.
